# 0.0.0 | **LATEST** | Init structure and articles
Before MORA's [[README#^ethymo-pitch|first season reaches production]], it needs a pipeline, and building that pipeline meant getting deep into AI tools, not only for image/video generation but for the whole scope of formats (audio, 3D, text) and for more technical tools. ==This first release focuses on building a shared understanding of AI generation for image and video through a serie of articles==.
Before making things with these tools, it's worth knowing how and why they actually work. ^overview
This current release contains an [[Articles|article series]] covering the AI generation landscape around image and video from first principles to advanced workflows, referenced [[Notes.base|personal notes]], a [[Glossary.base|glossary]] for terms and concepts mentioned and finally a few [[References.base|references]] used so support claims in the articles. Finally an list of entities related to the [[Ecosystem.base|AI ecosystem]] mentioned in the articles tries to give an overview of the current players and tools of the ecosystem.
The vault has currently only one [[RELEASE]] with articles on AI image and video generation and their related notes.
- **[[Articles|Articles]]** — A series walking through AI image and video generation from the ground up:
- how diffusion models work,
- how to prompt effectively,
- how to use images as source material,
- and how to control motion and style across a production.
- **[[Notes/Notes.base|Notes]]** — Atomic deep-dives on individual concepts:
- latent space, ControlNet, inpainting, fine-tuning, and more.
- A new note on [[energy_consumption|energy consumption]] examines AI's energy footprint in context: per-task inference costs, how local hardware compares to cloud infrastructure and traditional VFX render farms, and what that means for this project.
- Each note is self-contained and cross-linked.
- **[[Glossary.base|Glossary]]** — Quick-ref definitions for terms and acronyms that come up throughout the articles and notes.
- **[[Ecosystem/Ecosystem.base|Ecosystem]]** — Profiles of the major tools, models, platforms, and companies shaping the AI generation space.
- [[References.base|References]] — Academic papers and other sources cited across the articles/notes to ground key claims and concepts in primary research.
